The Challenge
We are looking for a "System Wizard" to bridge the gap between the agility of JavaScript and the brutal performance requirements of Deep Tech. You won't be building CRUD APIs; you will be solving the "Latency vs. Scale" paradox:
- Hybrid Core Engine: Architect and optimize high-performance modules using Rust or C++ (via Node.js Addons/N-API) to handle heavy data streaming and inference tasks that standard JS cannot sustain.
- Latency Engineering: Implement Predictive Buffering and advanced network protocols to reduce P99 Jitter from 200ms to under 40ms.
- GPU Orchestration: Optimize the data pipeline between Node.js and NVIDIA GPUs on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), aiming for >85% hardware utilization.
- Global Scalability: Transition our prototype into a production-grade system capable of handling 10,000+ concurrent real-time sessions without latency degradation.
