Your role & responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to identify hiring needs and build periodic recruitment plans.
  • Take ownership of job posting, CV screening, first-round interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
  • Create attractive job descriptions aligned with company culture and the nature of each position.
  • Manage and expand recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, TopCV, job boards, etc.).
  • Propose strategies to enhance employer branding (company image, candidate experience, etc.).
  • Track and update candidate databases and report recruitment progress regularly.
  • Assist in managing labor contracts and maintaining HR records.
  • Monitor and manage office equipment and supplies.
  • Support internal engagement activities such as birthdays, teambuilding, mini-events, onboarding, etc.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Your skills & qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in startups, tech, or gaming).
  • Strong communication and flexible problem-solving skills.
  • High responsibility, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach.

Desirable Pluses

  • Candidates with knowledge or interest in gaming/technology fields.
