• Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the product development and professional development along with developing activities of the team including design implementation of policies, procedures, and processes
• Manage team (Frontend, Backend, test team), workload and timeline to ensure performance is properly analyzed to meet requirements, recommend improvements if required
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-team to ensure project status is accurate and issues are raised up quickly, as well as ensure that all team members understand requirements accurately
• Implements tools to manage all resources (internal and external)
• Create consistent requirements based system design and standard technical product solutions to make technical document
• Develop and expand the product and technology knowledge base to improve the execution efficiency
• Build and enhance a strong and capable technical team that strives for improve and develop products/ projects, ensure software is updated with latest features
• Predict potential risks, propose backup solutions
• Weekly report and suddenly special cases
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Education/Qualification/ Experience:

• 3 year experiences in a similar level in and product firm
• Experience in building and developing processes, testing, and document.
• Have knowledge about Tester (Manual test and automation test).
• Proactive, friendly, self-motivation, teamwork, responsible person and “Can do” attitude
• Problem solving, communication, presentation, management skills and organized mindset

Must have:

• Good at communication in English
• Experience using Jira for Agile project management
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SQUAD or SCRUM) as a development
• Professional skills: Backend (PHP/Laravel version 7/8, API, Clean Architecture,..), Frontend (JavaScript/VueJS, SSR, SEO)
• Logical, critical, analytical thinking
