• Collaborate with the Korea Project Manager and local development team to define UI/UX requirements and set the overall design direction.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain and update the design system.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in web and mobile UI/UX design
• Proficiency in major design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of user experience design and information architecture
• Experience in prototyping and interaction design
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
• Korean language proficiency is a plus.
