Your role & responsibilities
  • Develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on compatible blockchains
  • Focus on the quality aspect of the system: 
    • Non-functional requirements: technical debt, refactoring, performance, security, etc. 
    • Maintain consistent code quality & architecture 
  • Prevent big refactorings from happening 
  • Raise code review standards 
  • Discuss with the project lead to balance between development quality and speed
  • Ensure the right technical decisions are being made by the team 
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Provide the CTO with constructive feedback and information about the team's current technical strengths and weaknesses

Your skills & qualifications

Required Experience 

  • 5+ years experienced with React.js/Next.js and Javascript Frameworks 
  • At least 3 years of experience with blockchain projects, especially on the EVM ecosystem 
  • Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents in English 

Technical Skills Qualifications 

  • Strong Problem-Solving and Debugging Skills 
  • Proficient experience with React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with integrating external web services (REST, or GraphQL APIs)
  • Experience with integration smart contracts. 
  • Experience with web3 libs and tools (ether.js, web3.js, viem, wagmi, ….)
  • Experience with UX/UI on dApps

  • Able to cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed timetable
  • Teamwork: “Your problems are my problems, my problems are your problems”
  • Strong desire to learn and grow, continuously looking for improvements
  • Strong sense of customer service ethic and quality delivery
