To directly conduct all day-to-day compliance works to ensure that the company is in compliance with all statutory regulations as well as internal procedures and guidelines. Specific works includes, but not limited to, the followings key tasks:
- Preparation and review of internal procedures and policies;
- Supervision of the implementation of all applicable statutory regulations and internal procedures and policies;
- Compliance training for management personnel and employee of other departments;
- Management and archive of internal documents of the company;
- Compliance risks identification, assessment, communication and mitigation;
- Provision of compliance advice to other departments of the company;
- Support the business decision making from compliance perspective;
- Coordination with the State authorities and other departments of the company on all regulatory directives or requirements as well as on the feedbacks or responses of the Company to the State authorities on such directives or requirements; and
- Support the senior compliance staff in preparation of compliance operation agenda;
- To coordinate and support the operations of internal audit departments the company; and
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Compliance
