The Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients. The role centers on selling AI products and AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will be groomed for advancement to Account Director, playing a key role in market expansion, C-level relationship management, and long-term account strategy.

Your role & responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Acquire and develop strategic enterprise customers, with priority on banking, insurance, financial institutions, and large enterprises.
  • Sell AI products, AI platforms, and AI solutions.
  • Work closely with technical, product, and solution teams to design proposals, demos, and POCs tailored to customer needs.

Account Management & Growth

  • Build and execute mid to long-term account plans for key customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Directors, Heads, and C-level executives on the client side.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges, technology landscape, and strategic objectives.

Strategy & Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, AI, and Delivery teams to package and position solutions effectively for the market.
  • Provide market and customer insights to influence AI product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Support leadership in shaping enterprise sales strategy for AI offerings.

Your skills & qualifications

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Enterprise Sales professional.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience selling products, platforms, or AI / Data / Digital solutions.
  • Existing enterprise network in banking, insurance, or financial services in Vietnam is a significant advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Solid undersantding and experience applying structured enterprise selling methodologies (e.g., SSM, Challenger, MEDDICC) is mandatory for senior-level consideration.
  • Ability to engage at both business and technology levels (no coding required, but strong architectural and AI value understanding).
  • Strong skills in relationship building, account nurturing, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term about account development.

  • Genuine interest in AI, emerging technologies, and product-led businesses.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while engaging enterprise clients.
