1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
   
   • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.  
   • Research market trends and potential clients to expand the customer base.  
2. Sales Execution
   
   • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.  
   • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.  
   • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on leads.  
3. Customer Relationship Management
   
   • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. 
   • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels. 
   • Gather feedback to improve products/services and sales strategies.  
4. Reporting & Collaboration
   
   • Track sales activities and report progress to management.
   • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align efforts.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• 5+ years of sales experience(entry-level candidates with strong motivation will also be considered)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office tools
• Frequent travels required.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have): 

• Experience in paper and packaging industries
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Multilingual abilities (English or Chinese).
