Your role & responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and customer segments.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.

 

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team across regions.
  • Build a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.

 

Business Development:

  • Drive enterprise-level client acquisition and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee complex deal negotiations and closures

 

Revenue Growth & Forecasting:

  • Own the sales pipeline and revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams.ccc
  • Align customer feedback with product development.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new offerings.

 

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track sales performance using CRM tools
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership.
  • Use data insights to optimize sales performance.

Your skills & qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • MBA preferred

 

Experience:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in IT sales (software/services/SaaS)
  • 5+ years in leadership or senior sales management roles
  • Proven track record of achieving high revenue targets

 

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of IT industry trends and solutions
  • Experience with enterprise sales and long sales cycles
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
