Your role & responsibilities
  • Listen and understand the customer needs in order to achieve the customer satisfaction with the adequate service 
  • Provide advice and recommendations about our products & services to boost clinic sales 
  • Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries when required 
  • Cold calling to arrange re-examination appointment with existing customers 
  • Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones to get the feedback and to offer promotions, new products & services etc… 
  • Attend corporate health-checks at the company location in order to advice suitable services  
  • Monitor own sales performance and meet or exceed targets 
  • Develop detailed knowledge of company’s products 
  • Provide daily/ weekly sales reports as required 
  • Attend team meetings, trainings and sharing experiences to improve customer experience 
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing team to develop attractive customer ideal  
  • Other tasks required by the Line Manager.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Good selling, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Working Time:

  • From Monday to Friday (8:00-17:00)
