Your role & responsibilities
  • Expand market presence by making business strategy and improving the performance of the USA & EU team with competent knowledge of vertical production (spinning, weaving, knitting, sewing, dyeing).
  • Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & profitability targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and develop new buyers.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, production & supply chain teams for seamless order execution.
  • Manage and develop teams with proper capability to serve company business strategy.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development and sales management in textile & garment industry
  • Strong background in the knit garment industry for the EU/USA market
  • Ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile/Fashion Design or a related field
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Open to expatriates and candidates willing to relocate
