Your role & responsibilities

Plan, get approval and deploy Activation & Promotion for allocated regions.
Work closely with Regional Trade Manager, Sales team, Agencies to develop and deliver the Activation smoothly.
Follow up the execution and propose proper improvement actions.
Develop supported POSM requirements and allocate to Regional Trade, Sales to amplify the campaigns
Manage the campaigns within allocated budget.
Monitor effectiveness of Agencies/Suppliers on Activation execution.
Conduct meeting, report and market visit to ensure doing the thing right at marketplace and consumers / customers' feedback in the field.
Review Sales performance, ROI and consolidate feedback from Internal for programs in future.

Your skills & qualifications

University Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Marketing is preferable.
Knowledge of professionally advertising, culture and sociology.
3 - 4 years working experiences in the relevant field in F&B/ FMCG.
Decision maker. Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Ready to travel frequently.
Conversation with spoken, written English and PC such as Microsoft Office/ Photoshop.
