Coordinate with other managers/teams (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
Along with Agile teams, develop and manage test strategies that will include approaches for test data, regression testing and automation methodologies to ensure higher quality delivery and test coverage.
Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that supports production and maintenance level changes.
Work with Scrum teams to complete root cause analysis and corrective action plans to ensure higher quality test coverage throughout the development and UAT development life cycles.
Provide hands-on test support when necessary to verify front-end and back-end changes, user workflows, database, API, security, performance, mobile device, browsers.
Train and coach junior QA engineers and ensure they have a great onboarding experience.

Your skills & qualifications
3-5 years of experience within the Quality Assurance specialty.
2+ years of QA Management Experience (manage a team with more than 10 members).
Strong Software Testing and Management knowledge.
Knowledge or experience in managing and monitoring defects using bug tracking systems (JIRA)
Experience in functional test automation (GUI, layout, Regression test, End-to-End test, API test).
Experience in non-functional test automation (stress test, performance test).
Experience in API Testing (Postman) is a plus.
Fluency in English, ability to read & understand the English document.
Knowledge of programming and automated testing, especially javascript, C# is a plus.
