Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong coordination skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage timelines, scope, and stakeholders effectively. You will act as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects according to defined scope, timeline, and budget
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and clarify requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively propose solutions
  • Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives when applicable
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Manage change requests and communicate impacts clearly to stakeholders
  • Support continuous process improvement and project management best practices

Your skills & qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, software, or digital projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus
