Responsible for developing, planning and executing new product marketing plans.
Develop product launch project plans, define goals and timelines, manage project resources and progress, and coordinate cross-departmental teamwork.
Collect competitor product from market intelligence, plan company product position in market, make and analysis marketing, pricing strategies and gross profit margins analysis.
Develop product promotion plan, improve products and gather feedback.
Plan and make advertising and marketing plans, and control advertising budgets and expenses.
Assist in developing sales strategies and improving sales performance.
Fully understand the company's business and industry characteristics, and develop customized plans based on customer requirements.
Plan and design marketing system, flow and tools.
Response customer product technical support.
Support to design oversee the procurement & logistic, sale channel management, and inventory management ...etc. mechanism.
Support the planning of various business projects.

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in financial services or product development.
Good at market research, data analysis & reporting.
Proficiency in Chinese is required. English fluency is a strong advantage.
Proactive, creative problem-solving mindset, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
