Your role & responsibilities
  • Planning, developing marketing strategies, and implementing tactical plans to ensure marketing and sales objectives for a particular product or group of products are met.
  • Develop short- and long-term plans, analyze market research findings, prepare a budget, evaluate inventory requirements, design promotional campaigns, and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the product in terms of profit, sales, market share, growth, and desired market positioning.
  • Plan strategies, evaluate factors for effective branding of the product; optimize pricing based on market price dynamics; facilitate adaptation of product packaging to local settings; manage product life cycle, including new indications, line extensions, modifications, and other life cycle strategies.
  • Set product strategies and objectives in alignment with the company strategy.
  • Ensure that product marketing strategies and tactical programs are developed and implemented to enhance market performance.
  • Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; analyze competitive market information & prepare countermeasures.
  • Identify development opportunities and assess the potential for new product launches.
  • Understand customers and the market environment; conduct market research when necessary.
  • Lead new product development and launches.
  • Monitor product budget expenditure in line with approved plans.
  • Monitor performance and manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget.
  • Build close relationships between the Product/Brand and key customers.
  • Develop advertising, promotional, and communication campaigns.
  • Support the field force to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct training for Sales Representatives as needed, including Product Knowledge, Objection
  • Handling, and Promotional Materials.
  • Follow up on goods shipment and production & provide updates to the sales force.
  • Coordinate with the regulatory department to monitor visa registration status and plan for renewals or new registrations.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with company, corporate, and industry codes of conduct.
  • Address logistical and administrative requirements to ensure the availability of necessary resources and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager or Board of Directors.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Pharmacy.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same position within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • English: Proficient in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve results contributing to the company’s profitability; willing to grow and develop.
  • Professional appearance, creativity, enthusiasm, teamwork spirit, hard-working, reliability, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, independence, and confidence.
