Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards for areas such as Portfolio / Category Management, Pricing, and Marketing
- Prepare and structure data to support management decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities across product categories and markets
- Present analysis results in clear, actionable formats through dashboards and presentations
- Support the creation of high-quality PowerPoint reports for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of software tools and infrastructure to enhance data quality (perspective development responsibility)
Data Preparation & Quality Testing
- Clean, prepare, and transform data using tools such as Tableau Prep, Power BI, and KNIME
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of data by coordinating with key stakeholders and international subsidiaries
- Test and validate the quality of data in the Global Data Pool
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (Category Management, Marketing, Sales) to track performance and define KPIs
- Collaborate increasingly over time in deriving strategic and operational measures based on insights generated
Product Portfolio Phase-Out Planning & Support
- Independently analyze discontinuation potential and prepare data for the Global Innovation Management team
- Monitor the implementation of portfolio-related decisions to ensure their long-term impact.
