Your role & responsibilities
Monitor network and system 24x7x365
Troubleshoot, analyze problems, and isolate network events
Follow the pre-defined check list to solve the issue/incident
Cooperate with other members to escalate application/system problems to determine their origin; then apply the appropriate solutions.
Create and maintain daily system status reports
Follow ISMS/ISO 27001, ISO20000, ISO14000 procedure, policies, and company regulations
Other duties as assigned by IT Manager & Direct Manager

Work in shift:
Mon, Tue : 22.00 – 7.30
Fri, Sat: 6.30 – 16.18
Sun: 13.12 – 23.00
Education:
High School Diploma with some training in IT (Basic computer and network knowledge)
Technology skills and experience:
Network, server hardware, operating system and applications
Soft-skills:
English communication
Troubleshooting & analyzing
Customer oriented
