Your skills & qualifications

• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development principles.
• Familiarity with at least one backend or frontend technology such as C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, or React.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and database concepts (SQL or NoSQL).
• Awareness of software development life cycle (SDLC) and interest in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to learn cloud technologies such as AWS and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Problem-solving mindset, good logical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of backend development experience using: C# (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core) or Python (e.g., FastAPI)
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
• Experience with at least one ORM:.NET (Entity Framework) or Python (e.g., SQLAlchemy)
• Solid experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of software design principles (OOP, clean code).
• Familiar with Git and Agile/Scrum workflow.
• Good English communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Thorough understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, OOP, functional programming, asynchronous and event-driven development.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, and/or Python.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience developing on top of large datasets and complex data structures.
• Experience with workflow automation, agent-based architectures, and system integrations (APIs, event-driven pipelines) using Python is a plus.
• Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
