• Participate in analyzing, designing, and developing innovative and efficient blockchain applications (DeFi, DApps, infrastructure).
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging blockchain technologies and market trends; propose optimal technical solutions for projects.
• Develop, test, and deploy secure and optimized smart contracts on EVM-based platforms and Solana.
• Provide technical consultation and support for clients and team members.
• Review code, improve development processes, and ensure product quality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Mobile, and QA teams to deliver features on schedule.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
• Strong experience with smart contracts, DeFi, and complex DApps.
• Proficient in major blockchain platforms: EVM (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.) and Solana.
• Solid understanding of blockchain security and best practices (audit, testing, deployment).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficient in at least one of the following: Node.js, React.js; experience with Docker and Web3 libraries/SDKs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system-thinking skills.
• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) for technical discussions and collaboration with international clients.

PREFERENCES

• Experience as a Team Leader / Lead Developer or in team management.
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures, and their application in blockchain solutions.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract audits, security tools, and multi-network deployment.
• Having real-world projects, open-source contributions, or relevant certifications is a plus.
