• Plan, write, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for web, mobile applications and Windows applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT across all digital products.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools, and follow up until resolution. 
• Manage and coordinate testers, assigning tasks and reviewing their test results to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. 
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA input in the early stages of product development. 
• Maintain and improve QA processes, documentation, and testing standards. 
• Report test progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders clearly and regularly.

• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in QA or software testing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience writing and managing test cases and test documentation. 
• Experience managing or coordinating a team of testers.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Notion, Jira, or similar. 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. 
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 
• Basic English proficiency is required for reading documentation and communicating with the team. 

Bonus

• Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are a plus.
• Experience with web and mobile test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress). 
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or scripting languages for automation support.
