- Drive the recruitment of Consumer Goods Business in meeting business and organizational needs;

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective execution of hiring plans, performance management, and capability development;

- Support the Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) in the planning and implementation of country talent acquisition strategies and activities, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Your role & responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for the Consumer Goods Business, ensuring alignment with business and organizational needs
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 - 3 Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering capability growth and high performance
  • Design and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on senior and management-level hiring
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, leveraging market insights and data-driven reporting to inform decisions

Employer Branding & TA Projects (30%)

  • Support the Director, Talent Acquisition in driving country-level strategies and transformation projects, including employer branding, onboarding, and early careers programs
  • Champion DKSH’s employer brand through creative, multichannel campaigns and proactive talent pipeline development across various platforms and engagement channels

Your skills & qualifications

Functional Skills And Knowledge

  • Experienced in leading and developing recruitment teams
  • Skilled in sourcing tools, social media hiring, behavioral interviews, and onboarding
  • Familiar with FMCG recruitment; prior experience preferred
  • Strong project and time management abilities
  • Able to align team efforts with organizational goals and values
  • Effective in managing agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach to performance tracking and process improvement

Education & Work Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • Professional fluency in English
