We are looking applications from independent and highly motivated candidates for the position of Lawyer (Legal Team leader) in our office in HCMC.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Preparing legal advices and documents about foreign direct investment.
  • Preparing legal documents for M&A such as transfer of assets or acquisition of shares.
  • Preparing legal documents related to corporate compliance issues.
  • Preparing legal documents on Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, etc.
  • Reviewing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Providing legal advice/opinions in response to client’s queries.
  • Liaising with governmental authorities for client-related information.
  • Representing company/clients in dispute resolution and lawsuits (if any).
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Licensed to practice law in Vietnam.
  • Lawyer card.
  • Experience in FDI, Corporate Law, M&A, Real Estate, Labor Law, etc.
  • Proficiency in written and oral English.
  • CV with photo in English.
