Department Administrative Support
- Manage department schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare meeting rooms and related documents.
- Organize, maintain, and update department records and documents.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and internal documents.
- Handle daily administrative tasks and provide overall administrative support to the department.
External Affairs and Visitor Support
- Arrange business trip logistics, including hotel reservations, transportation, and flight booking for visitors and employees.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and business activities with external partners.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for visits from domestic and overseas guests.
Budget and Internal Procedure Management
- Process internal administrative procedures, including payment requests, purchase requests, and expense reimbursements according to company regulations.
- Monitor and manage the department’s operational budget and expenses.
Communication and Translation Support.
- Translate documents, emails, and provide interpretation support during meetings when necessary.
- Coordinate communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Support in market investigation and making report relating to work of section.
