Manage and Administer the IT Infrastructure verticals of the Bank i.e., Networking, Virtualization, and storage and server administration i.e., AIX, Cloud, Linux.
Align and develop Infrastructure architecture in line with Solution
Assess requirements, design and develop new IT Infrastructure to support the business requirements.
Upgrade and manage the IT Infrastructure of the Bank
Manage Infrastructure projects within budgets, set timelines and with required effectiveness and efficiency
IT vendor management including Service Level agreements
All IT services and renewal done on time
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, external and internal audits. Also ensure that security/regulatory certifications are met and renewed / updated as per requirement.
In conjunction with IT Security, develop and implement comprehensive IT Security Policy
Provide key inputs to IT controller other Senior IT Management personnel on IT issues and in Infrastructure in the banking industry.
Assess training requirements of the IT personnel and ensure adequate and relevant training is provided to them.
Develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan
Be a part of IT committee meetings and advise Top Management on IT Projects and Strategy
Leadership skills to lead the team and ensure desired performance is delivered by the team.
Any other responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority of the bank from time to time

Your skills & qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in management and operation of Oracle database system
At leat 1 years of experience in managing and operating database system MS SQl, MySQl, Sybase, DB2
Having experience as database system administrator Finance – Banking or Telecomminication
Experienced in deploying and operating Oracle RAC, Data Guard, DB2;
Experienced in troubleshooting and tuning Database
Experienced in installing, configuring and managing databases on Windows, Linux, AIX, HP-UX, Aix, Vmware, Exadata, Oracle, Cloud.......;
Ability to self-study and/or have one of the certificates related to database administration: OCP
Ability to use tools to support database administration
Ability to analyze and slove issuses quickly and efficiently
