The Role

We’re looking for an experienced iOS Engineer (3–5 years) to help build and evolve Grove’s iOS application.

You’ll work closely with:

- Product Managers

- Designers

- Backend Engineers

- Fellow Mobile Engineers

to deliver high-quality, customer-centric features at scale.

Your role & responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain features in Grove’s native iOS app using Swift and modern iOS frameworks
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability
Leverage the latest AI technologies to scale mobile development
Participate in:
- Technical design discussions
- Code reviews
- Architecture decisions
Improve app quality through:
- Testing
- Monitoring
- Performance optimization
Contribute to continuous improvement of:
- Engineering standards
- Tooling
- Processes
Support production releases and help diagnose and resolve issues
