Lead testing for systems developed on Salesforce for Japanese clients
Manage a small team of testers, ensuring the smooth progress of the testing process through coordination and management
Create detailed test specifications in Japanese based on Japanese design documents
Execute unit and integration tests based on the test specifications
Responsible for test design, test planning, and managing test execution progress
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with clients and development teams using various communication tools (email/chat/video conferencing)
Analyze test results, identify bugs, report findings, and propose fixes

Your skills & qualifications
Đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Nhật và tạo test case bằng tiếng Nhật.
Có kinh nghiệm kiểm thử phần mềm trên 3 năm, ưu tiên Salesforce.
Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế và quản lý unit test và integration test.
Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo và giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Nhật.
Có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và cải thiện quy trình kiểm thử.
Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng công cụ tự động hóa kiểm thử là một lợi thế.
Có trình độ tiếng Nhật từ N2 trở lên; có chứng chỉ ISTQB Foundation là một lợi thế.

3+ years of practical experience in software testing (Salesforce testing experience is preferred)
Ability to understand Japanese design documents and create test specifications and conduct tests in Japanese
Experience in designing, executing, and managing unit and integration tests
Proven experience in leading test projects and managing a team
Strong communication skills with clients and development teams (Japanese communication skills are essential)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving testing processes
Experience with automated testing tools or test management tools is a plus.
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher
ISTQB Foundation certification is preferred
