Review, streamline, and optimize HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding to enhance efficiency and consistent.
Be in charge of selected HR workflows (e.g., employee onboarding, transfer, exit) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth delivery.
Identify process gaps, propose improvement initiatives, and coordinate implementation with relevant HR teams.
Support cross-functional collaboration among TA, C&B, L&D, and Business Units to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
HR Projects & Initiatives
Be in charge of or support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, process automation, HR digitalization, and organizational development.
Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to design and execute initiatives that align with company priorities such as retention improvement and talent mobility.
Track project progress, measure outcomes, and provide improvement recommendations.
Data & Reporting
Generate and analyze HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring efficiency, training participation) to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data and reports.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Support the design and implementation of employee engagement programs, communication plans, and feedback surveys.
Collaborate with HR teams to maintain a positive, transparent, and engaging work environment through consistent HR processes and employee touchpoints.

Your skills & qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operation, HR Generalist, HR Project role or related position experience, ideally within an IT company.
Demonstrated experience across the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, etc).
Strong understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle management.
Experience in process improvement, HR project coordination, or cross-functional collaboration
Strategic and critical thinking.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal) - essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
