What You'll Do

• Consult international customers through WhatsApp, Email, and other online channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Prepare quotations and customize travel itineraries.
• Follow up leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build long-term relationships with B2B partners and direct customers.
• Continuously improve your sales skills and customer experience.

What You Need

• Vietnamese nationality.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Inbound Travel Sales.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for sales with a performance-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, responsible and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
