ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join an international technology partner delivering solutions for the US market. You will be involved in developing, improving, and maintaining scalable web-based products using modern frontend and backend stacks.

This role offers close collaboration with a global engineering team in a structured, professional environment that values clear communication, technical ownership, and high code quality. It is a great opportunity for engineers who are comfortable working in a US time zone and want long-term exposure to international projects and standards.

Design and implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented software solutions
Develop and enhance web applications using React with JavaScript/TypeScript
Build and maintain backend services with Python and Django
Integrate APIs to ensure smooth and efficient frontend–backend interactions
Utilize AWS services to support scalable and secure system infrastructure
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Collaborate daily with international stakeholders via meetings and async channels
Ensure application performance, stability, and long-term maintainability

1. Technical Background

3–4 years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript
Practical experience working with React
Backend development experience using Python and Django
Solid understanding of core programming concepts and data structures
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows

2. Cloud & System Knowledge

Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms
Basic understanding of system design and scalable architectures

3. Communication & Collaboration

Comfortable using English for daily work communication
Able to clearly articulate technical ideas and solutions
Experience working with global or distributed teams is a plus

4. Working Style

Able to work independently while staying aligned with team objectives
Open to feedback and continuous learning
Calm, organized, and professional in fast-paced environments

NICE TO HAVE

Experience working with US-based or international clients
Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation
Experience with performance tuning and complex system debugging
