- Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into what’s moving the needle
- Lead weekly/monthly performance reviews, surfacing insights and recommending concrete optimisations
- Translate data into decisions: identify underperforming channels, double down on what works, and retire what doesn’t
Growth Execution
- Contribute and execute growth experiments across acquisition channels (SEO, paid, content, email, partnerships)
- Build and optimise conversion funnels – from first touch to qualified lead – using A/B testing and iterative refinement
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and ads specialists to align execution with measurable outcomes
- Support sales alignment by ensuring marketing output directly contributes to pipeline and revenue metrics.
