Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer, preferably in CRM, ERP, SaaS, or AI.
- Experience working as architectural and technical design expertis and translate them into product features.
- Experience developing PropTech products is a strong advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent (proven practical experience may substitute for formal education).
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from design to deployment to effectively communicate with the technical team. Strong knowledge of UX analysis/design for web and mobile applications.
- In-depth knowledge of PWA and API development. Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Knowledge of SaaS system architecture, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), API integration, and microservices. Experience with RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of how CRM systems integrate with other platforms (e.g., ERP, payment systems, or analytics tools).
- Ability to analyze document business requirements, and create user flows and simple wireframes.
- Skills in feature prioritization, and project management.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or Figma.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing CRM or SaaS products from the ground up.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and MVP development.
- Fluency in English for working with international documentation or partners.
