Customer and Industry Insights
- Design and deploy offerings and CVP/ business orientation at sector/activities, sub-segment, and/or partnerships level through conducting thorough understanding of customer needs and competitive landscape and market trend for acquisition, deepening and retention of customers
- Conduct research, in-depth interview, survey, focus group meetings to understand the characteristics and demands of customers as well as validate CVP/offerings with customers
- Embed clear CVP communication, sales pitch book / playbook across channels
- Participate in multi-functional workstreams as subject matter expert for credit orientation, provide insights for products and solutions development, improvement of sales and service channels, strengthen risk management requirements
- Collaborate with related teams for sector level / value chain CVP design and deployment
- Support RM in BCA writing on industry and market sentiment
Leads Generation via Management
- Generate new-to-bank (NTB) leads with suitable CVP/offering for frontline through developing relationships with associations, industrial zones / economic zones authorities, and embed CVP for partnership and value chain customers
- Leverage MM/USME segment value chain and generate leads for SME/MSME segment
