Strategic business development planning for the chemical sector by year/quarter/month
Lead and implement advanced trading strategies, with a strong focus on maximizing returns and meticulously managing risk within the chemical portfolio.
Act as a primary representative of the Company, effectively liaising with clients, suppliers, vendors, and other business partners globally.
Continuously monitor global chemical market trends, analyze data, and make strategic trading decisions to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the chemical sector, including identifying and onboarding new suppliers, developing and expanding customer bases, and building highly effective teams.
Manage, control, and approve all commercial contracts related to chemical trading and distribution.
Build, guide, and mentor a professional chemical sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targeted business results.
Regularly report to the GD & BOD on business performance.
Ensure that the Profit & Loss (P&L) results for the chemical division are in strong alignment with agreed-upon targets set by the leadership team

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related Chemical/Business/Management.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in chemical trading/commerce, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (e.g., Sales Director, Deputy General Director of Business, etc.) at large trading companies or corporations.
Deep understanding of the global chemical market, especially pricing mechanisms, supply and demand dynamics, and factors influencing the prices of both commodity chemicals (basic chemicals, solvents) and specialty chemicals.
Extensive network of relationships with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, and other relevant stakeholders within the international chemical industry.
Strategic planning exposure a must
Risk Management experienced is preferable
Proven people management skills, excellence planning and implementation works in a good manner
Excellence entrepreneurial, leadership, communication and negotiation skills;
Fluency in English required
