Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Building data architectures to support analytics and reporting solutions
Developing and optimizing data workflows, data models, and datasets for performance and scalability
Working with both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Ensuring data integrity, quality, and governance across all systems
Collaborating with Data Analysts, BI Engineers, and Software Engineers to support data-driven solutions
Troubleshooting and resolving data issues in a timely manner
Participating in scrum meetings and contributing to project planning and feedback

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or relevant fields
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling best practices
Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, dbt, etc.)
Good knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (certifications are a plus)
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for data workflows
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
Good problem-solving skills and understanding of algorithms/data structures
Ability to work in agile, deadline-driven environments
Good English communication skills is a plus
