Design and develop BI tools, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable customer insights
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer experience
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI outputs
Develop and implement the BI strategy to support customer-focused initiatives.
Lead, manage, and mentor the BI team to ensure high performance and professional growth
Collaborate with senior management to align BI activities with business objectives
Implement a mentorship program where experienced team members can guide and support newer or less experienced colleagues
Encourage team members to develop cross-functional skills by working on projects with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to gain a broader understanding of the business

Your skills & qualifications
University degree
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Experimental method
Good knowledge of verbal and written English language
Solid social ability and communication skills
Problem solving and decision-making personality
Good communication and presentations skills
Solid Knowledge of SQL and database
Basic understanding of System
Basic knowledge related to SAS, GA4, Appflyers
