• Manage whole customer lifecycle
• Conceive and initiate portfolio action programs to improve customer activity and stickiness to the cards product
• Ensure portfolio health & quality along with credit unit
• Drive spend campaigns through tele-sales channel
• Monitor turnover data & program performance to improve effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance & Banking, or Insurance.
