Develop and refine fraud prevention and response strategies.
Collaborate with data team to enhance risk management tool for fraud detection.
Monitor fraud reporting and assist manager in decision-making.
Anticipates and forecast internal and external threads that might affect operation/clients.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and input it in required formats.
Devises data-driven, creative and win-win solution to mitigate fraud risks or address existing problems.
Monitor real-time transaction and suspicious activities identification by using the risk monitoring tools and systems to assess the risk of fraud and act when fraud is discovered to prevent further loss.
Analyzes suspicious activity on client’s account/ card and researches history for client activities.
Using analytical and evaluative techniques identify new and emerging patterns of fraud and make recommendation for new operational or procedural controls and improved monitoring, mitigate risk..
Join and contribute card related project.
Participate in system testing and validation of newly implemented or modified feature to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule and work on weekends and/ or holidays. All additional duties/ ad-hoc work as assigned.

Your skills & qualifications
Experience in banking and financial industry with a strong background in cards and payment industry, especially in Risk/Fraud related roles.
Good at written English and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal, in different context and to various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work in an independent way, while at the same time being strong collaborator, connecting with colleagues and share ideas to improve effective teamwork.
Having deadline commitment and good task management skill to cover the scope of work requires.
