  • As the Change & Communication Manager at Heineken Vietnam, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the company’s growth strategy by leading impactful change management and communication initiatives. You will be a key partner in embedding strategic transformation—both long-term business evolution and short-term competitive responses—across the organization.
  • Your work will ensure all stakeholders are engaged, aligned, and motivated to contribute to Heineken’s future, while proactively managing resistance, driving adoption, and communicating our vision effectively. You will work closely with Executive Management Team, Senior Leadership Team & counterparts across cross-functions - Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Digital & Technology - to ensure we operate efficiently and stay ahead in a fast-paced, consumer-driven market.

Your role & responsibilities

Change Management Strategic Plan:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with project teams and leadership to assess change impacts and readiness across departments.
  • Identify and manage key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for initiatives.
  • Create and deliver change-related training, workshops, and materials.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption, risks, and feedback to adjust plans as needed.

Strategic Communication Management:

  • Design and implement internal communication plans that support change initiatives and enhance employee engagement.
  • Write, edit, and deliver clear, compelling communications including emails, newsletters, intranet updates, FAQs, leadership talking points, and presentations.
  • Partner with HR, Corporate Affair, Communication Team and other departments to ensure communication is aligned with company culture, values, and tone.
  • Develop feedback loops and listening strategies to understand employee sentiment and improve communication effectiveness.
  • Managing a network of change agents to communicate strategy effectively at different layers/ functions of the organization

Your skills & qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, HR, or related field.

5+ years of experience, preferably in large matrix organization 

Preferred experiences in Change management and/or internal communications, managing change in complex projects or transformations (e.g., digital transformation, restructuring, mergers)

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to diverse employee audiences.

Proficiency with change management methodologies (e.g., KOTTER, ADKAR) and tools. Change Management Certification are a plus. 

Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
