Strategic Category Development with the supplier to align and follow the brand objectives.
Commercial Planning & Forecasting.
Budget Management & ROI Optimization.
Channel & Trade Strategy.
Team & Brand Leadership.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting.
Enhancement stakeholder Collaboration.

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
At 5-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG or the retail industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Proven track record in P&L management, category development, and cross-functional leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
