Manage daily card operations activities
- Monitoring Card Issuance, Card Delivery and Equal Payment Plan program.
- Account management like re-issuance, replacements and other related card & statement activities.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Contact with customers to resolve inquiries and complaints via all channels (call, email, in-person, etc).
- Make sure all inquiries and complaints from customer are solved within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Investigate and resolve system issues
- Work with departments, card organization and partner bank to solve customer’s concerns and handle relevant tasks.
- Follow-up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it.
Participate cross-functional projects
- Participate Company projects to test new development products/features and develop processes.
- Support in reviewing documents related to new products, processes and systems.
Facilitate continuous development initiatives
- Provide effective solutions that deliver service quality enhancement and customer satisfaction.
- Propose and implement initiatives/changes to improve and optimize processes, systems and other operational reports.
