About Company
- Technical and administrative supervision of the Cards Management System – CMS.
- Participation and follow-up in ITD development projects, digital transformation projects and software and application development.
- Participating and contributing to the operational processes of ITD and providing logistical and technical support to PBVN in CMS related projects.
- Participating and contributing to the necessary studies, analysis, and recommendations by ITD, to improve CMC 's work.
Your role & responsibilities
- Manage CMS activities and follow up on achievements.
- Follow-up on the required developments received from business.
- Follow-up on day-to-day business procedures related to CMS operations.
- Execute the necessary technical tests for CMS programs and modifications of the sections.
- Analyze PBVN’s requirements including automated systems, applications update and finding the appropriate technical solutions in coordination with ITD Development team.
- Supervise the development and maintenance of CMS in ITD PBVN according to the plans and time limits in this regard.
- Implement card applications on the live environment after signing UATs.
- Ensure that the card management systems work properly.
- Ensure that the card management system is in contact with different entities (Core, Mobile, Internet Banking System, ATMs).
- Execute technical tests and certification tests with external parties.
Addressing the problems of card management section systems radically. - Ensure that encryption systems (HSM) are working properly.
- Ensure that the Debit Cards printing system works properly.
Prepare Section policies and procedures in coordination with PBVN System Team. - Participate in the implementation of the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
- Ensure that the operations are in compliance with the regulatory instructions.
- Address the problems and observations contained in the reports of the internal and external auditors in a complete way, to prevent their recurrence in the future.
- Continuous evaluation of the card management tasks to ensure distribution, workflow, and good performance according to policies and in coordination with Banking System Department Manager.
- Ensure that the daily operations are in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
- Contribute to providing distinctive technical support to the various departments and branches of PBVN.
- Submit accident reports to the concerned authorities for all incidents related to the activities of the card management section and follow-up on incident handling.
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor of Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related discipline with experience of the cards’ management field
Or Master of Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related discipline with experience of the card management field - Good experience in card management and card printing
- Good experience in encryption procedures and device (HSM)
- Good experience in the mechanism of communication with external parties
- Good experience in troubleshooting
- Good experience in daily card operations
- Languages: Basic of written and spoken English
- Skills: ability to work under pressure, Good communication, Creative.
