As an Business Operations Associate, you will support a wide range of initiatives across business operations, communication, and project execution.
You will work closely with the Vietnam leadership team and global HQ while supporting various cross-functional projects and organizational operations.
Ở vị trí Business Operations Associate, bạn sẽ hỗ trợ nhiều hoạt động khác nhau liên quan đến vận hành doanh nghiệp, giao tiếp nội bộ và triển khai dự án.
Bạn sẽ làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ lãnh đạo tại Việt Nam và trụ sở toàn cầu, đồng thời hỗ trợ các dự án liên phòng ban và hoạt động vận hành tổ chức.

Your role & responsibilities- Support execution of key agendas led by the leadership team
- Assist with operational and organizational management of Supercent Vietnam
- Communicate and collaborate with the Korea HQ and global teams
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and operational tasks
- Hỗ trợ triển khai các kế hoạch và agenda quan trọng do đội ngũ lãnh đạo dẫn dắt
- Hỗ trợ quản lý vận hành và tổ chức của Supercent Vietnam
- Giao tiếp và phối hợp với HQ tại Hàn Quốc và các team toàn cầu
- Điều phối các dự án liên phòng ban và các công việc vận hành

Your skills & qualificationsRequirements
- Fluent in both Korean and English communication (Verbal & Written)
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Thành thạo giao tiếp tiếng Hàn và tiếng Anh (nói & viết)
- Có khả năng triển khai công việc và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Có khả năng học hỏi nhanh và chủ động làm việc trong môi trường tốc độ cao

Nice to Have
- Experience in startup, IT, or gaming industries
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
- Experience working in a fast-changing environment
