• Prospect carriers, freight forwarders, container leasing companies and SOC operators.
• Identify container demand and available supply by trade lane and location.
• Present the service, deliver demonstrations and discuss commercial terms.
• Negotiate fees, early-adopter incentives and deposit arrangements within approved limits.
• Coordinate onboarding, supply listings and first transactions with Operations.
• Maintain a sales pipeline covering expected volumes, deal stages and reasons for lost opportunities.
• Share purchasing barriers and market requirements with Product and Marketing.

Required qualifications

• Around 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in shipping or logistics.
• Experience negotiating with corporate decision-makers and operational stakeholders.
• A track record of managing opportunities from prospecting through contract and transaction completion.
• Strong English presentation and negotiation skills.

Preferred qualifications

• An established network among carriers, forwarders or container leasing companies.
• Experience with container equipment, SOC or repositioning services.
• Experience entering new markets or acquiring early customers for a B2B platform.

Expected outcomes in the first 90 days

Develop a target-account and trade-lane sales plan, and build a pipeline that leads to supply listings and first transactions. Agree volume and revenue targets once the assigned market is defined.
