About the Role
The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in expanding Chicilon Media’s client base and driving revenue growth. This position suits a proactive and dynamic sales professional who is passionate about the advertising and media industry, enjoys building client relationships, and thrives on achieving ambitious business goals.

Your role & responsibilities
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with clients who have advertising and branding needs.
Maintain and nurture long-term partnerships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and campaign performance.
Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal departments to deliver effective advertising solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to propose strategic business solutions.
Prepare business reports and participate in developing market expansion plans.

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or media/advertising.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue achievement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong business mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Existing client network in the advertising, media, or digital industry is a strong plus.
