CyberLogitec Vietnam is an ODC (Off-shore Development Center) in Vietnam providing service for SW Development, Testing and 24/7 Service Desk.

We specialize in IT solutions for logistics business such as shipping, terminal & yard, warehouse, trucking and forwarding. Also we are researching new technologies for web, mobile, virtual reality and machine learning.

We have lots of industrial experiences for more than 10 years in logistics business and technology area, and we are providing our service for our global customers in more than 10 countries such as Korea, USA, Thailand, China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UAE, Malaysia, India, Japan, Brazil and Singapore.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Plan and analyze requirements for an HR solution (HR-X) designed for manufacturing factories
  • Collect, document, and define functional requirements in collaboration with customers and the internal development team
  • Design features and processes; create use cases and user flows
  • Manage requirement changes during development and support QA activities

Your skills & qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in planning HR solutions
  • Proficient in English for business conversations and documentation
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively between developers and customers
  • Ability to propose and improve business processes through analysis and problem-solving
  • Willing to travel for business trips to Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces in Vietnam when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in planning HR solutions for factory or manufacturing environments
  • Understanding of software development or system architecture
  • Skills in SQL or data analysis and basic query writing
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
