Your role & responsibilities
Understand, analyze, and validate requirements from both business and technical perspectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into Basic Design and Detailed Design documents.
Clearly communicate requirements to the development team.
Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to identify and propose suitable solutions.
Conduct unit testing and support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Monitor progress and verify the quality of deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
Provide support throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.

Your skills & qualifications
2–3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external clients in a technical environment.
Experience in planning, project implementation, and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, multitasking ability, and a proactive attitude.
Interest and understanding of UI/UX design.
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of front-end development.
Experience living and working in Japan is a plus.

Salary range: up to 35.000.000 VND/month
Full salary during the probation period
13th-month salary bonus according to company regulations.
Performance salary: 02 times/year.
