• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for the XNO platform, including:
• Data ingestion pipelines for financial and alternative data (real-time & historical).
• APIs and services for quant research, backtesting, and trading execution.
• Secure authentication, authorization, and user management systems.
• Optimize system performance for low latency, high throughput trading workloads.
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability through testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Participate in system architecture design and contribute ideas for scaling the platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of ETL pipelines, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to performance and scalability.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with quant trading systems or financial data, stock & crypto markets.
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or AI-driven trading models.
