QA/QC (~75%)

• Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression test suites across all products (website, core system, employer dashboard)
• Execute manual and automated tests across functional, integration, and regression scenarios
• Conduct API testing to validate backend logic and data integrity
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution in collaboration with developers
• Contribute to performance and load testing prior to major releases
• Define and enforce QA standards and processes across the team
• Report on test coverage, bug trends, and quality metrics to the Team Lead 

BA (~25%)

• Support the Team Lead in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
• Identify gaps or ambiguities in requirements before development begins
• Participate in sprint planning and review to ensure features meet defined acceptance criteria

• 3+ years of professional experience in a BA, QA/QC, or combined BA/QC role
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications
• Proficient in writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports based on documented requirements
• Experience with both manual testing and automated testing
• Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman or similar
• Familiarity with Git and issue-tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and communication skills — able to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in e-commerce, recruitment platforms, or SaaS products is a plus
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. k6, JMeter) is a plus
