• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback; 
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases; 
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools; 
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet the day-by-day needs; 
• QC should able to perform Test Automation and setting up frameworks on multiple application platforms like Web, Android, Ios and backend systems; 
• Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team; 
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions; 
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts; 
• Oversee the development of automation test scripts for web applications using Selenium with Java and JavaScript; 
• Utilize automation testing frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive team efficiency and productivity; 
• Training & Mentoring of QC team members; 
• Report daily progress/issues to management and client representatives; 
• Other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information 
• Systems, or related fields. 
• 5+ years of experience in manual testing and 3+ years of experience in automation testing 
• 3+ years of experience with leader’s position for team size >=4 member 
• Experience working in the Ecommerce/Shopify/Magento/Payment domains. 
• Knowledge and understanding of end-user behavior on e-commerce platforms. 
• Strong understanding of software development and quality testing methodologies. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good logical and system thinking. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team. 
• Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Experience in API testing: using Postman and Swagger. 
• Familiar with SQL. 

Other Requirements 

• Candidates with testing-related certifications are preferred. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure. 
• Willingness to learn new skills related to automation testing, performance testing, etc.
